Biography:
Ms. Walters is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, with twenty years of experience in trial work. Ms. Walters is Of Counsel at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, where she defends clients in Complex Tort and General Casualty actions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Walters was an Assistant County Attorney, handling all aspects of Tort litigation on behalf of Miami-Dade County.
Ms. Walters has been actively involved in the trial attorney community. She serves on the Civil Trial Board Certification Committee of the Florida Bar. Additionally, she currently is an Executive Council Member of the Trial Lawyer Section of the Florida Bar. She also serves as a faculty member of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program for the Florida Bar, and has routinely been a panelist and speaker within the Miami-Dade County legal community.
Ms Walters is a graduate of Tulane University and University of Miami School of Law.
