Biography:
Sean has been representing Plaintiffs in injury cases since 1999 and practicing since 1998. He handles catastrophic injury cases, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile crashes, defective products (e.g. aviation, automotive, maritime, other vehicles, equipment, household products, medical devices, etc.), and other negligence claims. Sean’s firm tries cases throughout Florida and other States (in state and federal courts). He graduated from The University of Notre Dame - B.S., 1993 and University of Miami School of Law – J.D., 1998.
