Biography:
Dexter Romanez is a partner in the Miami office. His practice is focused in the area of liability defense with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, premise liability, and commercial litigation. He has handled and tried various multi-million-dollar cases throughout the State of Florida involving claims of catastrophic injuries such as brain injuries, paralysis, and death. He regularly defends high exposure cases involving unnecessary spinal surgeries and cases involving allegations of DUI. Mr. Romanez attended college at Florida International University and law school at Nova Southeastern Sheppard Broad Law Center. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and all Florida courts.
Mr. Romanez is Board Certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and a Certified a Circuit Court Mediator. He has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, and is an approved instructor for continuing education for adjusters by the Florida Department of Financial Services. He routinely lectures on trial techniques and strategies to insurance companies, claims professionals, and fellow attorneys.
