Biography:
Luis Perez is one of the founders of Perez & Rodriguez. Mr. Perez leads the workers’ compensation, and insurance defense practice groups. Mr. Perez’s practice includes the representation of various insurance companies, including one of the largest insurers in the United States. Mr. Perez has tried to verdict 95 trials and 40 workers’ compensation final hearings. He is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell (their highest for professional competence and ethical standards) and is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. BACKGROUND Mr. Perez has been heavily involved with South Florida’s Hispanic legal community. He has served as President of the Cuban American Bar Association and served as General Counsel to the Hispanic National Bar Association. Mr. Perez was also appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as Director of the Florida Bar Foundation.
