Biography:
Jackson F. McCoy specializes in in civil trial work focusing primarily on matters involving complex litigation, medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Mr. McCoy was invited to join the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, which limits its active membership to only 500 Fellows from the United States and 100 Fellows from over 30 countries throughout the world. An AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, he has earned numerous accolades including being listed among the Best Lawyers in America and named to Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. McCoy was listed among the “Top 100” Florida Super Lawyers for achieving the highest point totals in the nomination process. Mr. McCoy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (1970) and a Juris Doctor (1973) from the University of Miami.
