Biography:
Lew Jack has been an active trial lawyer since 1973 and has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants, and has tried in excess of 200 jury trials in various counties throughout the State of Florida. In addition, he has conducted in excess of 10,000 meditations throughout the State of Florida. The mediated cases have included cases involving general liability, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, legal malpractice, architect malpractice, professional negligence, wrongful death, personal injury, breach of contract, commercial litigation, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, extra-contractual liability (bad faith), first party and third party property damage claims, class action, employment, law firm disputes and pharmaceutical negligence. He has been selected and/or court appointed in both State and Federal Courts in Florida and has served as an Arbitrator in numerous cases over the past 40 years.
