Biography:
John Golden is a top AV rated litigator and trial lawyer in the areas of product liability, insurance and personal injury defense.
A native of Providence, Rhode Island, John earned his law degree from Western Michigan University – Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1980, the Florida Bar in 1981 and the Minnesota Bar in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in each of these states.
John has been a Sustaining Member of the Product Liability Counsel since 1989, has served as President of the Miami Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates ( ABOTA) and is consistently recognized as a Florida “Super Lawyer”
John has served as National and Regional Counsel for a variety of domestic and foreign manufacturers. He has managed litigation on all levels including the selection and coordination of local counsel, the preparation of company witnesses for deposition, and document management for complex cases. He has assisted in the establishment of product liability programs for various companies and has expertise in both preventive law consulting and trial work.
