Biography:
Michael Brand is a partner at Cole, Scott and Kissane P.A. He practices across all fields of litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, legal malpractice, property damage claims, automobile, construction, bad faith/extra-contractual liability, personal injury claims and defense of professional liability claims, trucking claims defense and others. He has tried over 150 jury trials to verdict in his career.Mr. Brand received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in English at the University of Pennsylvania, after which he obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University. He joined Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. after working at the Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where he represented clients charged with serious felonies, and after several years of civil practice.
