Biography:
For the past 30 years Mr. Bonner has represented Hospitals, Physicians, Nurses and Clinics and their insurance companies in defending claims for catastrophic injuries and death caused by medical negligence. He continues to represent many health care providers with regard to malpractice claims and death claims however he now dedicates a significant amount of his time to representing individuals injured due to someone else's negligence. His 30 years of experience representing health care providers in malpractice claims has provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to advocate for the injured and has given him a unique perspective that allows him to efficiently and effectively work with insurance companies and their attorneys. Mr. Bonner handles all manner of Medical Malpractice cases including those leading to catastrophic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, vegetative state, and death. He also handles general personal injury claims including auto or boating accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, and wrongful death throughout South Florida. Mr. Bonner has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating and has been recognized by his peers as a “Florida Legal Elite” and as a “Florida SuperLawyer.”.
