CURRENT CHAIRPERSONS: Joe Kalbac
WHAT IS IT: Directed to area high schools, both public and private, in a morning session at the 3d DCA after which they meet in the courtroom with the panel for about 30-45 minutes and sometimes longer for a Q & A. There are really no “off-limits” subject areas other than how the panel members are going to rule. We meet with and prepare the students at their school the week before the argument.

On March 15, 2023, Barbara Coleman Senior High School attended oral arguments at the 3DCA with direction of Chief Judge Ivan F. Fernandez, Joe Kalbac, Tom Robertson and Drew Moss.
On January 11, 2022, iPrep Academy North and John A Ferguson SHS attended oral arguments at the Third District Court under this program.
