Mr. Leibowitz is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Education and Specialization since 1983. Mr. Leibowitz is a leading trial lawyer with 40 years of trial and appellate experience who resolves complex and critical disputes for clients in a broad array of disciplines. His practice concentrates in disputes involving medical and dental malpractice, legal malpractice defense, toxic torts and hospital liability. He has represented numerous physicians in medical malpractice cases, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and also has significant experience in transportation and general liability related matters. He has lectured throughout South Florida regarding professional liability and risk management. Mr. Leibowitz is consistently recognized by clients and his peers as a leader in trial practice.
