Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocates (NBTA); Board Certified Admiralty & Maritime Law, The Florida Bar; Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980. Admissions to Federal Courts: All three Federal District Courts in Florida; Fifth and Eleventh Circuits; Supreme Court of the United States. Personal injury- Plaintiffs for all lawyers of the firm. 2/3 of the practice is prosecuting claims against the cruise lines for personal injuries, medical malpractice and sexual assault.
