Biography:
Reginald J. Clyne is a partner in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He is the Chair of the Firm’s Employment Practice Group. Mr. Clyne is a trial lawyer who has tried cases in the following areas of law in both State and Federal court: automobile negligence, commercial litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, Dram Shop Act, Title VII, Section 1983, whistleblower acts, non-compete violations, product liability, resort and tour accidents, and toxic tort litigation. Commencing his legal career in 1987, he has practiced with some of the largest law firms in the United States. Mr. Clyne has received the AV® Preeminent™ designation rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He is included in the annual listings of Top Lawyers in South Florida, Top Lawyers in Florida, and Super Lawyers. Mr. Clyne has successfully tried over 45 civil jury trials in federal and state court, and has argued before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and before the Third and Fourth Circuit Appellate Courts for the State of Florida. He serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association on the Employment and Commercial Law Panel. Mr. Clyne has lived in Africa, Brazil, Honduras and Nicaragua. He is fluent in Spanish and has a knowledge of Portuguese.

Mr. Clyne received his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and as part of a joint-degree program also received a Master of Public Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University in 1986; he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with majors in economics and international relations.
Mr. Clyne is licensed to practice law in Florida; he is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
