Biography:
Kenneth J. Bush has a B.A., M.A., and J.D., all from the University of Florida. He has been practicing law since 1983, is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts. Mr. Bush’s practice is devoted to representing patients and their families in cases of serious personal injury and wrongful death arising from medical negligence. Mr. Bush is the only attorney named in the Top Attorneys List in the plaintiff’s medical malpractice category in every edition of the South Florida Legal Guide since it was first published as part of Miami Metro Magazine in 2001. Similarly, he has been named in the plaintiff’s medical malpractice category in every Florida edition of Super Lawyers since its inception. He is Board-Certified in Civil Trial Law and is a past president of the Miami Chapter of ABOTA. In November 2022 he became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
