Biography:
Wade Adams is a partner in the firm’s Miami office. Over the past forty years he has worked in South Florida’s state, federal, and appellate courts and has tried more than one hundred fifty jury trials. Mr. Adams has been involved in several landmark cases in Florida personal injury jurisprudence. He specializes in the defense of personal injury, wrongful death lawsuits, and on insurance coverage issues. He carries an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Adams was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1979. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Stetson University in 1976.
Mr. Adams is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association; the Defense Research Institute; the National Center for State Courts; the Dade County Bar Association; and the American Bar Association. Mr. Adams is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
