What is it: The 7th Amendment Symposium (now Student Law School) will be presented to the 7th grade civic students at the 58 Miami-Dade County Middle Schools. The Symposium provides a tremendous opportunity to promote the rights established by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, including the right to trial by jury.
Dates: Specific dates are TBA. There will be (2) Downtown Miami formatted programs where the students will arrive in the morning to the Miami-Dade County Courthouse for the first session and then walk to the Federal Courthouse for the afternoon session. Additionally, there will be (2) School formatted programs per month at the schools.
